Bids must be submitted only on the provided PROPOSAL FORM in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid opening date and time, bid title and number, and the name and address of the bidder. Bids shall be addressed to the City Clerk, City of Anacortes, 904 6th Street, PO Box 547, Anacortes, WA 98221. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud following bid closing. Bidder has any questions concerning any part of the Bid/Proposal, they may submit an email request to contracts@anacorteswa.gov no later than 5:00pm on March 19, 2026.
