Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1507 - 2026 Inlet Replacement Program. Project work includes inlet removal and replacement and related work. Inlet location lists will be provided to the Contractor at multiple times throughout the construction season. The Contractor should expect to mobilize and de-mobilize multiple times to complete this contract. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. All work must be complete by November 13, 2026. Bidding will take place solely through IONWAVE's website. Vendors must log in to the ebidding system to submit a bid. All documents must be submitted electronically by the bid opening on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. The bid opening will be held virtually, through the City's RingCentral system.
