'This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Riverside Cemetery roads and construction of an asphalt pad for a Mini-Pitch Court system (the Mini-pitch system itself will be constructed by others). Work includes milling, preparation of base, HMA surface mix, utility adjustments, grading, seeding, and other incidental work. The Contractor shall have 25 days to complete all work. The construction of the Mini-Pitch Court Pad must be complete by June 1, 2026. All other work, including punch list items, must be complete by July 1, 2026. Bidding requirements and contract administration shall be in accordance with the project plans and specifications, the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction by the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions, and the 2023 Moline Supplemental Specifications.
