Site work and paving for a road / highway in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project consists of surface preparation and painting of the following improvements on and/or adjacent to the 531-foot-long North Ohio Street Bridge over the K&O Railroad and the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR): . Roadway fence - on the bridge . Pedestrian fence and integrated lights - on the bridge . Concrete barrier - on the bridge . 24 street light poles, including multiple color applications - 6 poles on the bridge . 46 pedestrian light poles, including multiple color applications - 0 poles on the bridge . 5 bollard lights - 0 on the bridge . Railroad rail on concrete barrier - on the bridge A Prebid conference will be held as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall be prequalified through KDOT for work specified under Work Type Q - Painting Structural Steel. The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein.
