The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to Salina Airport Authority. Bonding Requirements: If project costs exceed $100,000.00, the successful bidder will be required to furnish surety as follows: Performance Bond: A contract bond to the Salina Airport Authority, in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Payment Bond: A payment bond to the State of Kansas in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract price. The bonds shall be executed on the forms bound herein, signed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Kansas and acceptable as surety to the OWNER. The Salina Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
