This notice seeks potential sources capable of providing construction services to repair and modernize aircraft hangar door systems at Buildings 1200, 1511, and 1614. The objectives include ensuring that the hangar doors are safe, reliable, and fully functional in support of flightline and installation operations. The contractor is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and managing all activities necessary to meet the Statement of Objectives, including developing the technical approach and supporting documentation. The Government will evaluate proposed approaches based on compliance with performance objectives and acceptance criteria while allowing flexibility in construction means and methods. The requirement is anticipated as a Small Business Set-Aside unless adequate capability is not identified. The SOO and attachments may be updated before solicitation release.
