Site work for a water / sewer project in Bulls Gap, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are invited for the South Main Street Water Line Upgrade ARC Grant for Russellville-Whitesburg Utility District. Bidders may examine contract documents at specified locations. Copies of documents are available for a fee. Bidders must deposit security with their bid in the amount, form, and conditions provided. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as per Tennessee law and qualified for the construction type. Bidders must comply with employment conditions, minimum wage rates, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246 requirements. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
