Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Jessup Street and Main Street Storm Sewer Improvement. Bidders are required to comply with the regulations set forth in the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130), the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570), and the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. A Payment and Performance Bond is required for the project, ensuring payment for all labor in accordance with the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois. Contract documents may be examined at designated locations and may be obtained upon payment of the specified fee. No refunds will be made for the documents obtained.
