Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Avon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes removing existing tennis courts, constructing a new restroom with shelter, new parking lot, new pickleball courts, and associated site, grading, utility, and landscape work. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the contract documents and accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or acceptable bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. All bidders are highly encouraged to visit the project site prior to bidding. The bidder must supply all information required by the bid proposal form. Liquidated damages for delay are as provided in the bid proposal. Work hours are as provided in the technical specifications. Partial payment will be made monthly based on approved payment submittal requests. The contractor and all subcontractors must comply with required federal and state labor regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity, E-Verify, Non-segregated Facilities, and Affirmative Action requirements. The Town of Avon reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids.
