Remodeling and addition to a fire / police facility in Huntertown, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; and for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
Sealed bids will be received for a new fire station addition and remodel for Station 90 at 15412 Lima Rd, Huntertown, IN 46748. Plans and specifications are available at the office of the Northwest Fire District. Bid documents must be submitted on Form #96 as set out by the State of Indiana Board of Accounts. Each bid must be accompanied by a 10% bid bond or cashier's check and the required affidavit of non-collusion as mandated by Indiana law. The district's board of trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to hold all bids for up to 45 days before making a final decision.
