The City of Petaluma Department of Public Works is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms for Professional Engineering Services for the Adobe Rd Recycled Water Expansion Phase 2 Project. The scope of work includes the extension of the recycled water pipeline east from the Phase 1 termination point along Adobe Road to connect with the existing line near Tunzi Lane. The consultant shall provide survey and mapping services, geotechnical investigation and recommendations, utility and right of way engineering and land assessment, pipeline design documents, federal design and grant coordination, construction support, and coordination of environmental compliance. The project must comply with federal requirements, especially those under the Title XVI Water Reclamation and Reuse Program, and the consultant will coordinate with the City and its environmental consultant to ensure all environmental commitments and permit conditions are met. Consultants must demonstrate familiarity with the Title XVI program and provide technical support for grant reporting and compliance as needed.
