Removal and replacement, new LED lighting, towel hangers and PVC wall panels on all walls and epoxy floor addition (decorative Quartz). Remove and cap off drinking fountain outside bathroom. All questions must be emailed or phoned. All bids must be sealed, addressed to the Village Clerk, and have the name and address of the Bidder and the Village of DeForest Project Name for which the bid is being submitted. No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond payable to the Village of DeForest in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification, as required by the contract documents, within ten days after the Notice of Award. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the DeForest Village Hall. All bidders are required to attend. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the Village of DeForest. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER. The contract letting is subject to the provisions of applicable Wisconsin Statutes.
