**As of May 13th, 2026, the project was awarded to CDM Smith, Inc with an awarded amount of $658,789.35** A licensed General Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and everything required to furnish and install fully functional and operational plant treatment systems according to the contract, including drawings and specifications, within the defined timeframe. The project includes demolition and partial demolition of existing tankage and equipment, construction of a new 160 million gallon per day influent pump station, improvements to the existing sludge thickening system, refurbishment of the recently decommissioned aerated grit facility, and conversion of recently decommissioned process tanks into additional wet weather equalization storage. Bids must be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal prior to the specified deadline. Late bids will not be accepted.
