Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on QRT source lists for work required by the Department of National Defence at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The source list will be in place for a period of three years from the date of establishment. Applications are being accepted for Civil Contractor services. DCC may utilize QRTs for projects with an estimated value up to $500,000. Applications to join the QRT source list must be submitted by email using the Source List application form. Interested contractors may request to join the source list at any time, subject to the source list terms and conditions. The selected language for the QRT Source List will be used for all tender documents, contract documents, and communication. This procurement follows Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Security clearances are not required to be added to a source list, but tenders and contracts may have organization and personnel security requirements, including Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and reliability status for personnel, and possibly Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET with approved Document Safeguarding (DSC) with secret clearance for personnel. Contracts will include measurable performance standards according to DCL81-Performance Evaluation Guidelines. Contractors receiving an unacceptable or failing score may be removed from the Source List and receive no further invitations under it. Pre-qualification requirements: Applications must be submitted by email using the Source List application form.
