Defence Construction Canada is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on Quick Response Tender source lists for work required by the Department of National Defence at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The source list will be in place for a period of three years from the date of establishment. Applications will be accepted for General Contractor services. The Quick Response Tenders may be used for projects with an estimated value up to $500,000. Contractors must submit applications by e-mail using the provided Source List application form. Application forms sent by fax or mail will not be accepted. Contractors may request to join the source list at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the source list. The language selected by the applicant for the source list will be the only language used for all related documents and communications for the duration of their participation. There may be security requirements for future tenders and contracts, typically Designated Organization Screening and reliability status for personnel, with the possibility of more stringent requirements. Contracts include measurable performance standards, and unsatisfactory performance may result in removal from the source list. Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must submit their application by e-mail using the provided Source List application form. Security clearance is not required to be added to the source list, but future tenders and contracts may require security screening. Performance standards must be met to remain on the source list.
