Furnishing all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and services necessary to provide, place, empty, and clean approximately twenty metal dumpsters at the Harry S. Truman Lake Project. One dumpster shall be two cubic yards in size and nineteen shall be six cubic yards, placed at designated park locations as directed. Refuse shall be collected, transported, and disposed of off Government property at a state-approved sanitary landfill or disposal point, in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including obtaining any required permits or authorizations. Two construction dumpsters, each with a thirty-yard capacity, shall also be furnished, with one located at the Truman Maintenance Building and moved on occasion to remote sites around the lake as directed, and one placed at the lab yard. These construction dumpsters shall be available year-round, and disposal services will be ordered individually by the COR via telephone or email, with the Contractor commencing service within seventy-two hours of order receipt or as specified. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as RFQ W912DQ26QA028 in accordance with FAR 12.603, with quotes requested and provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06. The requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 562111, Solid Waste Collection, with a size standard of $47 million, and is classified under PSC S205. Quotes shall be submitted in PDF format by the date and time listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449, remain valid for at least ninety days, and be emailed to the address provided. Site visits are encouraged but not required and may be scheduled by contacting the project representative. All attachments must be reviewed, and all required documents must be submitted to be considered for award, including the amended supplemental quote sheet posted February 5, 2026. Location: Harry S.
