Renovation of a municipal facility in Warsaw, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Benton County is soliciting sealed bids for roof replacements on two buildings within the County. Bidders may obtain the bid documents by contacting Septagon Construction at 113 East Third Street, Sedalia, Missouri, directed to Nick Smith. Bids can be submitted to the Benton County Clerk's Office in Warsaw, Missouri, by mail, or emailed to the Benton County Clerk. All bids shall be completed using the forms available in the bid documents. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. Benton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularities and to accept the bid most advantageous to the County.
