Site work for a mixed-use development in Warsaw, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of January 23, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Estimated construction budget: $200,000-$250,000 Washington Street Storm Sewer And Sidewalk Replacement, Benton Street Storm Water Relocation And U.S. Post Office Dock Reconstruction The scope of work includes the following: 1. Washington Street: Excavation, grading and embankment, 6" subgrade compaction, demolition and removal of pavement, curbing and drainage structures, concrete pavement, sidewalks and curb ramps, a concrete driveway, aggregate base, curb and gutter, storm sewer pipes, storm inlets, pavement marking, temporary erosion control, temporary traffic control, seed and mulch. 2. Benton Street: Demolition and removal of storm sewer and inlet, trenching and back fill, installation of 15" pipe and elbows, connecting to an existing inlet, excavation, grading and embankment, temporary erosion control and seed and mulch. 3. U.S Post Office: Demolition and reconstruction of concrete dock, walls, stairs and handrail. Completion Date: July 1, 2026 Instructions to bidders: Copies of the proposed bidding documents may be obtained from the City. Plans may be received electronically by contacting LePage Engineering or the City. Bid security is required in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Bidder qualifications may be required. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Late bids will be returned unopened. Contractors must read and be fully familiar with all contract documents before submitting a bid, including visiting the site to inform themselves of conditions and limitations, and include all costs in their bid.
