Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boynton Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of work includes, but not limited to: demolition, structural repairs, finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, ADA upgrades, and sitework as indicated on the Drawings and outlined in the Specifications. Participation by small businesses and minority firms are strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE owned firms certified by the School District. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. Bid due date will be outlined in the Invitation to Bid.
