Product make, model, and specifications have been provided, and substitutes or alternate products will not be considered. Used, reconditioned, or refurbished products will not be accepted. Prices must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges, shipped FOB pre-paid to the designated address. Vendor is to submit pricing using the provided table and include a completed, signed Vendor Acknowledgements signature page by an authorized representative.
