Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Ann Arbor Public Schools, 2026 Forsythe Greenhouse Demolition and Exterior Rehabilitations. The project consists of two bid packages: Bid Package 1 for the demolition of the greenhouse at Forsythe Middle School, and Bid Package 2 for general contracting related to greenhouse exterior rehabilitation at the same site. Bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected according to the specified instructions. Each bid must include a bid security of 5%, a bid pricing form, a notarized bid disclosure statement of familial relationship, a contractor information form, an Iran Economic Sanctions Act form, and a certification form. The bid security can be satisfied by a bid bond or certified bank check and must be for five percent of the bid amount, payable to Ann Arbor Public Schools. The successful bidder may be required to furnish performance and labor/material payment bonds for 100% of the contract price. All questions are to be directed via BuildingConnected. Ann Arbor Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and irregularities, and accept a bid other than the lowest.
