Scope of Work: Please quote the following Mechanical work for the Summer of 2026: - Demolition of Lochinvar M/N CHN1440 QTY (3) - Demolition of Associated Boiler Piping - Demolition of Associated Boiler Venting - Hauling old equipment off campus - Staging New Equipment - Supply and Install Crest Condensing Lochinvar Boiler FBN1751100 QTY (2) - CSD-1/Start Up - Do not quote the lead / lag control option, MSUs controls will enable the boilers independently - Supply and Install Associated Venting (Use Concentric Venting at termination) - Supply and Install Associated Piping - Rework Building loop to make it a primary / secondary system Notes: IPF oversees the electrical portion of the job, any concrete work that needs to be done before staging the new equipment in place, sealing the old vent stack penetration and hot water pipe insulation. Vendors must comply with Michigan State Universitys policies and procedures including those found in the provided links. Vendors must register with the State of Michigan, Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, and must submit certified payroll. A Mandatory Walk Through is scheduled.
