Potential Projects Consultants must be able, through their respective team members, to provide services associated with the following potential focus projects (budget estimates in parentheses): a) Runway 8R-26L Reconstruction Design ($5,059,000) b) Runway 8R-26L Reconstruction ($58,474,000) c) Runway 8R-26L Navigational Aid (NAVAID) Relocation ($1,710,000) d) Lighted Wind Cone Relocation ($786,000) e) Taxiway A Reconstruction and modifications ($42,404,000) f) Ramp-to-Runway Direct Access Removal (3) Locations ($1,130,000) g) Taxiway Delta Reconstruction ($6,100,000) h) Runway 8L-26R Shift, Widening/Strengthening; 26R PAPI Installation ($30,922,000) i) Taxiway A7 Addition ($1,972,000) SCOPE OF WORK Consultants must ensure that they, or, as applicable, their collective teams include the appropriate expertise in all disciplines required to perform engineering services for preliminary, design, bidding, and construction phases and incidental special services including geotechnical, preparing categorical exclusion documentation, as-built Airport Layout Plan (ALP) updates, and surveying. Consultant must obtain County review and written County approval of predesign, schematic design, construction documents, and bid documents prior to proceeding to the next phase of the projects. Projects may be subject to future receipt of Federal funding under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program.
