Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of an industrial development in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,016-square-foot industrial development; and industrial development.
Remove an existing hoop-style polyethylene-clad greenhouse and install a new 24'x84' steel and polycarbonate-clad greenhouse. The new greenhouse shall include automated ventilation controls for roof windows, fans, dampers, shading device, lockable man-doors, heating, electrical, lighting, sink, and irrigation system connections. Repair an existing lean-to greenhouse, replacing the polycarbonate cladding, fans, intakes, patching masonry, and modifying the existing sink drain. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS, with a maximum of two attachments. One should contain bid documents (Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.), and the other, if applicable, should have Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information. Do not wait until just before the 2:00 p.m. deadline to submit, as SIGMA VSS will not accept proposals after the deadline. Any submission issues should be directed to the SIGMA Help Desk before the deadline. Bid responses should not be emailed to the Project Director.
