New construction of a parking garage in Elko, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,120-square-foot parking garage.
The work involves the design and construction of a new garage for the Great Basin Child Advocacy Center (GBCAC), specifically a 28' x 40' x 12' eave garage/storage building to be located in the west parking area of the GBCAC. Sealed bids are accepted from Nevada-licensed general contractors who meet the qualifications outlined in NRS. All bids must be submitted in PDF electronic format. The Board of Elko County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal they judge best, and to waive any technicality in the form of the proposal. Requests for clarification regarding this bid must be made to Amanda Osborne, Elko County Manager at Amanda.Osborne@elkocountynv.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time on February 13, 2026. Location of work will be at 1401 College Avenue, Elko, NV. The work will be done on lands and/or buildings under the control of the County of Elko. All work shall be within right-of-ways under control the control of the County.
