The work involves furnishing labor and new materials for the reconstruction and utility replacement of Niagara Street, Eddy Place, and Erie Street in the City of Maquoketa. The project includes approximately 10,250 SY of 4" HMA Pavement or 7" PCC Pavement, 5,700 LF of curb and gutter replacement, 5,600 CY of excavation, 570 LF of RCP and HDPE storm sewer pipe, 2,936 LF of 8" PVC water main, 2,618 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer, erosion control, and other related work necessary to complete the improvements in accordance with the specified plans.
