Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Clarkston, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000411280 All work shall be in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer. Each sealed Proposal shall be marked "INDEPENDENCE TOWNSHIP - POCKET PARK - 5854 DIXIE HIGHWAY". This project consists of the construction of a pocket park, including landscaping, furniture, shelter structure, monument sign, reuse of an existing well, stormwater management system, site lighting and sidewalk. The bid alternate 1 includes the construction of a new well and spigot. Seasonal planting limits apply see special provisions for Landscape installation. At the time of execution of the Agreement by the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 120 percent of the Contract Amount. At the time of execution of the Agreement by the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 105 percent of the Contract Amount. At the time of execution of the Agreement by the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish a Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Amount.
