Project Location John Mickelson Field, 111 N Stadium Avenue, Thatcher AZ The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the following work Installation of concrete curbs and gutters per MAG standards Installation of concrete sidewalks Installation of concrete driveways and approaches Site preparation, excavation, grading, and compaction Formwork, reinforcement (rebar or wire mesh as specified), and concrete placement Finishing, curing, saw cutting, and jointing Removal and disposal of excess materials and debris Restoration of disturbed areas Compliance with all applicable local codes, ADA requirements, and safety regulations Detailed plans and specifications will be provided to shortlisted proposers or made available upon request. Sealed bids are invited for a concrete project to build concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters at the newly renovated soccer field and stadium complex. Official bid forms and specifications may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Manager. The bids will be opened at a specified date and time in the Student Services Executive Conference room. The right is reserved to make modifications in the bid specifications and to accept or reject any or all bids received.
