Pavement Preservation Central Contract-17, FY 2026, Contract No 081253150, Pavement Preservation, Route 70 CR 530 (Lacey Road) to CR 48 (Riverview Drive), Route 9, Lakeside Drive (CR 6) to Windward Avenue/Larboard Avenue, Townships of Lacey, Berkley, Manchester, Lakewood, Brick, Point Pleasant and Toms River, Boroughs of Beachwood, Pine Beach, Lakehurst & Brielle, Ocean & Monmouth Counties; Estimated Range between $10,000,001 to $20,000,000 Contractors Prequalified in one of these Work Types are eligible to bid this project: 2, 2b, 3, 3a or 5 Roadway Quantity Unit Description 1,471,600 Lf Trafffic Stripes, Latex, 4" 66,660 Lf Micropaving Joints 641,710 Sy Chip Seal Pg 94-22 489,203 Lf Trafffic Stripes, 4" 499,400 Lf Removal of Trafffic Stripes Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissioner may immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). Minimum wage rates for this project shall be as specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on file with this Department. The attention of bidders is directed to the provisions covering subletting or assigning the contract to Section 108-Prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The entire work is to be completed on or before the Estimated Completion Date Stated Above DOT reserves its right to reject any or all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 27:7-30 and N.J.S.A. 27:7-33.
