Ports of Indiana (POI) is seeking bids for paving Maritime Road and the Office Parking Lot located in Clark County, Indiana. Bids must include all items as specified by the bid plans and specifications. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid is required. POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best bid. Specifications and requirements can be found in the bid documents, which can be requested by email. (a) This Invitation to Bid is issued by the Ports of Indiana ("POI") to provide a bid for the 2026 Paving - Maritime Road and Office Parking Lot, Project # JF-2026-C2 ("Project") at the Ports of Indiana - Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana (the "Port"). The Project includes the milling and paving of Maritime Road and the parking lot of 1402 Port Road (b) The Anticipated Date of Commencement is after March 1, 2026. The Substantial Completion Date is August 1, 2026. (c) POI intends to award the contract to the lowest and best qualified bid. This Project includes the resurfacing of Maritime Road from Port Road to the Revere Plastics entrance, including milling, resurfacing, and thermoplastic markings. It also includes paving of the parking lot at 1402 Port Road, including milling, resurfacing, and thermoplastic markings as described herein.
