Sealed bids are requested for furnishing seasonal pricing of the following materials and/or items: Aerial Tree Work, Aggregates (F.O.B. Suppliers Pit), Concrete Pipe & Concrete Catch Basins, Corrugated Plastic Pipe, Corrugated Galvanized Metal Pipe, Polymer Coated Galvanized Metal Pipe, Corrugated Aluminized Pipe, Crack and Joint Sealant Blocks, Grader Blades, Hot Mix & Cold Patch Asphalt, Seasonal Concrete, Seasonal Brine - Dust Control, Emulsified Asphalt, and Seasonal Trucking. All materials must meet current Michigan Department of Transportation specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as to the contents. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, award to the best interest of the county, and possibly extend bids for multiple years by mutual agreement. Local Contractor Preference Policy may apply and bids may be used on the state trunk line.
