Questions Due Date: Feb 17th 2026, 5:00 PM PST All requests for information or clarification shall be submitted electronically The Work involves: o 8-inch diameter high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fusion bonded pipe o 4-inch diameter cement mortar coated and fusion bonded epoxy lined welded steel pipe o 4-inch diameter fusion bonded epoxy lined and coated welded steel pipe o 6 feet wide by 8 feet long by 8 feet deep precast concrete vault with hatch, grated sump, access ladder, lighting, an ultrasonic flow meter, an annubar flowmeter, an air exhaust blower and vent piping, an eccentric plug valve, electrical and control conduits, a level sensor for flood alarm, and related improvements o Connection to developer installed 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) purple pipe o Connection to existing 18-inch diameter salinity management pipeline (SMP) PVC pipe o Instrumentation and control cabinet (owner furnished contractor installed)
