Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of Work: Parking lot reconfiguration and paving, installation of walkways, curb and gutter, striping and signage, and irrigation; installation of exterior building and pedestrian lighting; installation of new access-controlled automatic gate at main employee entrance; installation of outdoor emergency shower and eye wash station at the asphalt plant; and replacement of epoxy flooring in the asphalt plant Building G, per the construction documents and specifications titled "Roslyn Site Safety Improvements", dated 1/26/26. Contractor shall include the cost for all required permit fees in their bid. Permits will be reimbursed at cost, with no markup allowed. Contractor will be required to haul dedicated loads (non-hazardous entire loads of waste) to the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) for disposal. The City will pay all fees associated with such disposal but the bidder shall be responsible for the costs of transporting the loads. Contractors shall comply with their respective On-Call Contract. Per Executive Order No. 123, Chapter 5, the Contractor shall recycle construction and demolition debris when possible. Asphalt and concrete demolished from the site is anticipated to be recycled. Contractor shall provide proof of any recycling of materials. Concrete and asphalt material that is not suitable to be recycled shall be disposed of at DADS. As its best interest may appear, the City and County of Denver reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities in bids.
