Install Security Surveillance System At each of the three multi-family buildings, install a total of 34 new Digital Watchdog cameras, mounts, conduit, and cabling at locations specified on drawings. Run new underground-rated fiber cabling between buildings using existing underground 2" conduit. At the electrical room for each building, convert this fiber cabling termination to new CAT6 cabling using a fiber termination block, and run CAT6 cabling from the POE switch in each building to the cameras. Run surface mounted EMT conduit along the exterior of buildings and install cameras on the second floor. The total camera counts include: 12 cameras at Building #24, 10 cameras at Building #23, 12 cameras at Building #22. Install a new server (NVR) with monitor placed on stand, keyboard, and mouse in electrical closet #23. Provide new DW product to allow staff to view the property at all hours via client software and retain video for up to 30 days. Ensure a fully operational system before commencement of the 2-year warranty period. Responsible for all cabling, mounting, and finish work as required for a watertight and workmanlike completion. Consult equipment list for specific models and cable specifications. Minimum qualifications include at least 3 years experience with digital camera and recording equipment, relevant California contracting license, field verification of all measurements prior to bid, necessary bonds and insurance, installation to be in accordance with all relevant codes and manufacturer requirements, application for building permits if required, and use of manufacturer-certified installers.
