The College of Southern Maryland (College or Owner) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified professional architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to design the renovation at the Leonardtown Campus Building A, Library and Learning Commons project. The estimated budget for this project is as follows A. Total budget: $15,647,000 B. Planning and Design: $1,252,000 C. Construction: $12,637,000 D.
