Failure to do so may cause the Bid to be treated as nonresponsive. Question Deadline 02/19/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are to be submitted within the County's electronic procurement site. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of the Contract will not be binding upon the County. The County of Stanislaus (County) Community Service Facility (CSF) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced Contractors with valid C-4 Boiler, Hot-Water and Steam Fitting, and C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning contractor's license and current DIR registration numbers to provide scheduled routine maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and adjustments of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment including air conditioning, heaters, and exhaust fans, as well as all refrigeration equipment The County reserves the right to extend such Contract on a year-to-year basis; however, in no case shall the renewal extend beyond two (2) years from the expiration date of the original Contract. An extension of the term of the Contract will be made through an amendment to the Contract.
