The County of Stanislaus is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to perform scheduled routine maintenance and as-needed repairs to keep the County’s elevators operational and compliant with regulations. Contractors must obtain permits when required. Compensation for services will be based on a Purchase Order and the Billing Rates Schedule submitted, including all labor, parts and materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks, and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform services at various County facilities. Markup on parts and materials may not exceed 10% of the contractor’s cost. Agreed billing rates will remain fixed throughout the agreement term. Details regarding the full scope of work, response times, and other contractual requirements are described in the referenced exhibits and documents. Bidders must register before submitting electronically and provide both an electronic and physical copy of their proposal, following all packaging and delivery instructions. Only written explanations or instructions issued through official addenda are binding.
