Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to have the Contractor furnish all necessary materials, labor, equipment and all incidental items necessary for the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks that are deemed defective (Green Dot) at various locations within the City. The abutting Property Owners have the option to replace the defective sections of sidewalks privately before the start of sidewalk work under this Contract. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
