As of February 25, 2026, project was awarded to Vinton Construction Company, awarded amount is $1,079,300.10. This Contract consists of the new construction of "Red Arrow Park Beach Access Improvements". The construction work includes furnishing and installing concrete walks, stone seating, concrete stairs, pavers, rope fencing, foot wash/shower stations, water service, concrete curb and gutter, erosion control, excavation, crushed limestone base, bituminous pavement, pavement striping, signs, landscape plants, dune grass plantings, lawn restoration, traffic control, non-metallic conduit, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
