New construction of a fire / police facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,973-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The Town of Newton will receive unit bids from qualified contractors for a new Fire Department facility. Bidders must submit bids either electronically via Keller’s secure online plan room or by mail/hand delivery to Newton Town Hall. Each bid must clearly indicate the Bid Unit number and Contractor Name. Contractors may bid on more than one unit but must submit separate prices and sealed envelopes for each unit. All work must be performed in accordance with the Construction Progress Schedule outlined in the project requirements. Plans and specifications are available for download online. Bidders are instructed to address all questions regarding plans and specifications via email to the construction manager by the stated deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept a bid other than the lowest at their discretion. Upon receipt of bid documents, bidders should verify completeness and notify Keller, Inc. of discrepancies or omissions. No phone calls regarding plans or specifications will be entertained; all inquiries must be in writing via email. Questions regarding the plans and specifications will be received by email only to the construction manager up to Wednesday December 24 th , 2025 until 5:00 p.m.
