This project involves the removal of an existing security checkpoint booth, and the construction of a new security checkpoint booth behind the existing structure/ The scope of work includes general construction, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and casework to support the operations of the new security checkpoint booth. The existing security checkpoint booth must remain operational during construction of the new security checkpoint booth. The County of Delaware, Pennsylvania (the "County") is soliciting bids from vendor for G.W. HILL CORRECTIONAL FACILITY SECURITY CHECK POINT (eDPW-031126) to removal of an existing security checkpoint booth, and the construction of a new security checkpoint booth behind the existing structure/ The scope of work includes general construction, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and casework to support the operations of the new security checkpoint booth. The owner reserves the right to waive any requirement set forth in this ITB or its related documents and appendices except where doing so is prohibited by law.
