Question Deadline 02/17/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Work Included: Work in this Contract shall include, but is not limited to, the following items: ___ A&B Roof Replacement Remove and dispose of existing ballasted single-ply EPDM roof assembly and all associated components down to the structural deck; install new 2-ply modified bitumen built-up roof (BUR) assembly and all associated components.__ Remove and dispose of existing expansion joints and all associated components at roof-to-roof and roof-to-wall interfaces; install new expansion joints and all associated components. Install new expansion joint and all associated components where indicated.__ Remove and dispose of existing mounted railing and all associated components where indicated; install new ballasted safety railing and all associated components._____ Install new ballasted safety railings and all associated components where indicated._ Remove and dispose of existing access ladders and all associated components; repair existing substrate(s) as required; install new access ladders and all associated components where indicated.__ Remove and dispose of existing continuous ridge pyramid skylights and all associated components; install new continuous ridge pyramid skylights and all associated components. Remove and dispose of existing roof hatch and all associated components; install new roof hatch and all associated components._ Remove and dispose of existing elevator shaft window and all associated components; install new elevator shaft window and all associated components; coordinate with elevator shaft ventilation stack work.__ *Masonry Work Filed Sub-Bid* Remove and dispose of existing reglet & through wall flashings and all associated components; install new reglet & through wall flashings and all associated components.___ *Waterproofing, Damp-proofing, and Caulking Filed Sub-Bid* Remove and dispose of existing window and window perimeter sealants and all associated components; install new window and window perimeter sealants and all associated components.
