Site work for a water / sewer project in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. The overall project includes, but is not limited to the following work: Replacement of vitrified clay sewer pipes and existing manholes in their existing alignment with 8-Inch diameter PVC pipe and new precast concrete manholes. All existing sewer services shall be reconnected to the main. The email shall contain the following information: Name, Company, and phone number. For all technical questions, bidders shall send an email to catherinec@sgminc.com . A Bid Bond in an amount of at least 5% of the maximum bid price shall be submitted with the bid. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
