Site work for a mixed-use development in Dixon, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The City of Dixon received $2 million in federal funding to construct new stormwater retention ponds west of its major economic development area near Interstate 88. The ponds will be located off Bloody Gulch Road between the Gateway Project along South Galena Avenue and the Overlook Gardens neighborhood, forming part of the future Bloody Gulch Park. The funded scope includes creating stormwater detention features integrated with a future multiuse path, picnic areas and fishing piers within a 40-acre donated park site.
