The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA) is seeking statements of qualifications from interested and qualified entities to provide consulting services for parking and ground transportation matters relating to McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). Responses must be submitted through BidNet Direct. The selected consultant(s) will assist MKAA staff with the implementation and oversight of specific projects as identified by MKAA to manage and upgrade parking, ground transportation, traffic flow and related matters at TYS. The selected consultants should be prepared to provide the necessary support, expertise, knowledge, and technical skills, as needed, in connection with parking and ground transportation planning. MKAA expects to issue separate work authorizations with respect to each project identified by MKAA within the scope of expertise of each selected consultant(s). The selected consultant(s) will need to be consistently available to provide support during the term of the consultant's agreement with MKAA, but project needs will fluctuate based upon available funding, approval, timing and sequencing of projects. Every request for interpretation, questions or for additional information regarding this RFQ shall be made in writing to MKAA. All questions will be submitted electronically via BidNet, and answers will be distributed as an addendum. All inquiries relating to this RFQ must be received before February 4, 2026 at 12:00PM EST.
