The Scope of Work for the Proposed Delmar Sewer Replacement Phase 3 Project Consists of the Cctv Inspection of 5,820 Linear Feet of Existing Gravity Sewer Pipe, the Furnishment and Installation of 5,820 Linear Feet of Cured in Place Pipelining With Sizes Ranging From 8" to 15" Diameter, and the Rehabilitation of 23 Existing Sanitary Sewer Manholes. Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund This Project is Funded by the Delaware Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (Cwsrf). Contractors and Subcontractors Must Comply With the Related Cwsrf Program Requirements, Which Include but Are Not Limited to American Iron and Steel (Ais) Requirements, a Mandatory Alcohol and Drug Testing Program and Payment of the Higher of the State of Delaware Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates and the Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Doc note: The Contract Documents Are Also Available in Electronic Format Upon Payment of $100.00 for Each Cd-rom, Non-refundable. Checks Should Be Made Payable to Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. The Right is Reserved as the Interest of the Town of Delmar May Appear, to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informality or Irregularity in Bids Received, and to Accept or Reject Any Items of Any Bid. On all drawings, the figured dimensions shall govern in the case of discrepancy between the scales and figures. The CONTRACTOR shall take no advantage of any error or omission in the drawings or of any discrepancy between the drawings and specifications, and the ENGINEER will make such corrections and interpretations as may be deemed necessary for the fulfillment of the intent ofthe specifications, and ofthe drawings as construed by them. In all cases of doubt as to the true meaning of the specifications and drawings, the decision of the ENGINEER will be final and conclusive. All bidder questions should be submitted in writing via email, to Nick Bradley, Town Engineer, (nsb@dbfinc.com). The final day for Bidders to ask questions will be Friday, February 27, 2026 Interested BIDDERs shall attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held on Thursday February 19. 2026 at 2:00 PM E.S.T. at the Town of Delmar Town Hall, 100 South Pennsylvania Avenue.
