Renovation of an educational facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 18th, this project has been awarded to Callas Contractors, LLC for $165,000.** Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope showing the bid name and due date on the outside. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids delivered in person should be carried directly to the visitor lobby of the Washington County Public Schools Center for Education Services building, where a Purchasing Department staff member will receive the document and provide a receipt. Alternatively, bids may be mailed in a sealed envelope displaying the vendor name, bid number, bid name, and due date. Mailed bids must be received before the bid opening to be considered. Bids not received by the designated day and time, or not submitted to the Purchasing Staff, may not be properly filed and will be refused and/or returned unopened. The Purchasing Department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm local time, except national and school holidays. The final award recommendation and bid tabulation will be posted on the WCPS Purchasing webpage after Board approval.
