The Village of Libertyville and Hezcorp Construction Services, the Construction Manager as Constructor for this project, are accepting subcontractor bids for demolition, concrete, limited masonry, carpentry, joint protection, hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware, metal studs, gypsum board, ceramic tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, paint-ing, signage, toilet accessories, fire sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, temporary util-ities, temporary barricades and enclosures, temporary controls (environmental and security), waste disposal, and cleaning. The Village of Libertyville, in accordance with laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that the work performed under this contract shall be in accor-dance with the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130/01 et seq. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond upon award of the contract in the penal sum of the full amount of the Contract Price as described in the Bid Package.
