**As of March 10, 2026, the project was awarded to M&J Underground, Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,441,612.33** For the 2025 CIP Idlewild Lane and Storm Sewer Improvements. The Village of Homewood reserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all bid proposals, or to accept any bid proposal which is considered most favorable to the Village of Homewood. All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents shall be submitted to the municipal contact: Max Massi, P.E., Village Engineer, Department of Public Works, 708-206-2909, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., The work included in this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required for installation of new watermain, water services and storm sewer and the abandonment and replacement of various size water main within established easements and the right-of-way of Idlewild Lane, and all other incidental work
