As of 2/17/26 Addenda 1, 2, and 3 are available. The scope of work consists of furnishing required labor, equipment, and materials for the replacement of 13 end-of-life rooftop AC units (RTUs) with new replacement units at the Beaverton Operations Center office space. The work also includes upgrading the HVAC digital controls for these units, making minor HVAC alterations to the data room, replacing ceiling supply diffusers throughout, and performing associated HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and roofing work for one RTU. One RTU is a VAV multizone unit with ten interior single duct electrical reheat TUs and associated ductwork, while the remaining twelve RTUs are single zone constant volume rooftop replacements that reuse the existing indoor ductwork. There will be no changes to the existing building envelope, area, square footage, occupancy, interior partitions or separations, storm drainage, ADA, plumbing fixtures, fire sprinklers, egress, or exiting. Instructions to bidders: Bidders must register with Bid Locker and submit their bids electronically. A First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form must be submitted within two hours of the bid closing time. Original copies of the Bid Security must be submitted within five business days of bid closing. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all addenda, signing a confidentiality agreement, and submitting required qualification statements. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish additional bonds for performance. All bids must comply with prescribed public contracting procedures, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities.
